It was a very emotional time for me, that became even more so, as my mom passed away during the selling process. In addition, there were probate issues, house issues, etc. Dawn steadfastly stayed with us providing advice, guidance, honesty, and support. The house sold at a very reasonable price with as little stress as possible, considering the hurdles and that was largely due to Dawn! she is very compassionate and works hard for her clients.
